Im premium member of elite and have been trying to get onto it on my ps3. it says i need update, which i agree to, then pops up this error. There was a problem opening the playstation store. Can anyone help?

Hi, I had the same problem that I somehow solved. The ONLY thing I did differently was to open the app before I opened MW3. So restart you console, sign in to PSN then open the app. It should the come up with the Playstation update thing saying version 4.00 needs to me installed. Good luck!
I've been stuck for the last 5 days trying to download the update 4.0 for elite. It freezes up my ps3 every couple times of trying. My internet is working fine. Only have problems with MW3 applications.
Dude I Downloaded The Update And It Was All Goen Good But When I Open The App A White Screen Pops Out With Nothen I Could Only Here The Sound Track And When I Try To Quiet The App I Simply Couldnt Its Like If The console Froze I Ve To Restart Again I tried To Open The App On Other Account But Still No Use I Unistalled Then Re Installed IT Still Got The Same Error Could You Help Please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am also having this issue happen to me as well, it only happens when I try to access Elite off of my PS3. I called Activision last night and they said they already new about Elite having problems. They said there working to fix the problems, new updates=more new updates lol
