the maps when bundled together will be available to all accounts on an XBOX 360.  It's MS policy, pretty much.  That's the whole point to a new XBOX 360 downloading the rights database for all games you have purchased on accounts you want to bind to a new XBOX 360.

I just got done talking to call of duty support, you can only access the maps by the profile with elite memberhip. When the map come out for -non members they will have to pay for them again and re download the map pack.

just to update everyone elite and actvi are now looking into this as soon as they give me an answer ill update this thread

just talked to a activison employee on the online chat and he said that there is no way you can play the DLC in less you purchase Elite on your other account but for you are lucky compared to me because i have Elite on account i dont use and i would like it on my main account and i cant even get the DLC to work on any other profile ( reason why its on account i dont use is because i recieved a Elite membership from another Region and had to make a american account to use it because im canadian)

Yeah, I think everyone in this situation feels misled by the COD Elite marketing. Even if there is some literature out there, it definitely wasn't emphasized and really brought to the public's attention.

If I have an Xbox and buy a DLC map, will my brother be able to play those maps on the same Xbox under his profile?

- I don't think many people thought the answer would be, "NO, YOU CAN'T."

Very short-term thinking on Activision's part. This is going to leave a sour taste, and there's no doubt this will hurt future COD Elite sales. Plenty of families out there with different profiles and one Xbox.
