I checked and my computer says it's 100, yet the speedtest say my download is 0.72 and upload is 0.43. Download is constantly hopping between 0.50 and 0.80+

So yeah no idea what to belive because due to that, I should have horrible lag 24/7 yet I barely lag in other games than CoD

Then again the company that gives me the internet says my connection is fast and it's above average... WTF, it confuses me ._.

My download speed is 10.86 and upload (which means nothing regarding gaming) is 0.80

My PING which is as important as speed, is 39.

You want your download as HIGH as possible. Max we can get over here in the UK is about 20.00, anything over is MEGA expensive.

You want your ping as LOW as possible. My 39 isnt very good, or bad tbh.

Im not 100% but I watched a few vids on this, and apparently US speeds go over 100 due to fibre optic cables etc, and that why its hard for europeans to compete when the host is american. The Ping is the time it takes for your bullets to hit on his screen and vice versa, so the quicker the ping the better advantage you have in head to head gunfights. Were talking milliseconds here, but it does make a HUGE difference.

Also, the host gets very bad lag if he has high ping or low download speed coz its like  a traffic jam, all that info and nowhere for it to go.

Judging from my ping bar hax, you usually land on a 120-200 ping. Also, bad connection =/= host from the other side of the globe

Funny thing is you blame lag compensation for me getting high kills

I got a KDR of 2.25 in BO which is not bad for a 1bar Wii gamer
