Nothing can be done, they can not control or limit or prevent the use of the dashboard feature. It is a ms/xbl feature not something the developers have any control over.
And quit bans do not work. Halo: Reach proved this. For they have a quit ban and it does not stop it from happening.
nothing, because rage quitting is completely justified in a game full of Type 95's, no recoil lazor beam shooters like the ACR and MP7, camping Assassin/Blind Eye/Dead Silence whores, heartbeat sensors, deathstreaks, game-breaking lag, and spawns that make you question all of reality as a whole.
