Remember the qualifier ops for the tournament in LA where gamestop paired with ELITE?
Most of the ops are currently 3hr ops whereas the qualifiers were a weekend ordeal. The weekend op was amazingly fun. Endless cans of redbull, corona, jack in the box wrappers, passing out during games, etc etc. What I'm getting at is why dont you guys have these ones once a month or so on like the last weekend of the month (so people can plan for it). The bigger prizes could be saved for these ops (assuming there would be one of each op tdm, domination, ctf, etc etc) like the ipads and jeeps (if you guys are still doing the jeeps). The other weekly ops would obviously have either no prize or gunnar eyewear, hoodies, etc.
I'm asking you to do this because this brings out the true competition in the serious players to see who is determined to play those hours and rack up those kills. Don't get me wrong, the 3 hour ops are competitive to but its kind of like finishing early (if you get what I mean
).
Anyways, would appreciate a reply ![]()

I would like to first see them get a handle on the the obsurd about of boosting/cheating going on in the lone wolf ops first. but good idea.
This may possibly help them do that by having a few people dedicated here and there for the weekly ops and then the whole team working on it for the end of the month ops.
I'm assuming they get burnt out so in theory they have one weekend a month where they are overwhelmed and then it cools down for a few weeks with the smaller ops.
Sounds good to me?
I can see what your suggesting but serious players? Anyone who bought elite has the right to enter these comps and even if they did host the games once a month etc it still doesn't mean ppl can prepare for it. What they do now is fine they run the same comps over and over thus giving ppl the chance to enter but they need to resolve the times so its fair for all of us and not biased to the americans. 1 Question why have you posted your stats? are you recruiting/ trying to be recruited?
I'm not saying only serious players should be allowed into them. I'm saying for people like me, who work, it would be nice if they were always consistent in timing in some way so that I could prepare (request days off) for it.
I wasn't trying to say that people need to actually "practice" for a month for it.
Sorry for the misconception.
So what your esentially saying is you would like to see a big tourney held once a month running alongside the others and thus giving better time and preperation for ppl to join? I don't know if your aware but there is alot of cheating/boosting going and it would only upset players if they did this type of tourney only for it to be riddle with cheaters
nice idea though shame ppl with selfish greed destroy it for us all.
BH Studios has already stated in previous posts that they do in fact monitor the leaderboards after each op and ban/DQ people who do not participate properly.
Proof of this:
When the people who were selected for the weekend ops for the LA tournament, it took a solid 2 weeks for them to announce the winners (winners were supposed to be announced sooner). Most people who like to complain will take this as DEVs being lazy but it was actually them going through the games.
Now, two weeks may not be the timeframe in which they would operate in my hypothetical weekend ops because I assume the prizes won't add up to cash in the amount of 1 mil USD
.
But you have to think, if a jeep is up for grabs, and they have someone monitoring it for a week to make sure it goes to someone legit... wheres the harm in waiting? If anything it builds suspense and for a competitive game, and even non-competitive, suspense is what we are all here for? (along with those 7400-7400 tie, snipe headshot to win the game, sweaty palms type of moments)
