Sekone, you just don't get it do you? Exploiting a glitch is against terms of service.
Also it DOES give an unfair advantage. Unlocking perks, proficiencies, and all weapons and all 10 create a classes does make it easier to win against someone who has none of the same benefits. Are you blind or just too dumb to realize this?
I'm not saying someone who didn't do the glitch can't beat someone who did the glitch, but obviously those who did the glitch have a huge advantage over those that did not.
Also not earning the the prestige tokens like everyone else has to is unfair.
Also getting all the prestigious emblems that come along with prestiging for free violates the sanctity of prestiging. Why would anyone want to prestige when it means absolutely nothing because of people who used the token glitch?

i believe they are trying to enforce their policies that are clearly stated fairly. members who go against these policies should be punished. sounds like OP might be one of the members who did the prestige token glitch and got punished. if not my bad. if so U Mad?

It should be even more strict if people don't learn from the first person or first time also the top 3 people on the hardcore killed confirm should be banned and reset.!!!!

what do you think about the IW punishment procedure
All the people taking advantages of exploits should be banned, some should never return because they look for expoits for fun.
Take that for what it's worth.

I would like to see better cooperation between the developers and PSN and XBL - not just for MW3, but all games. This way chronic cheaters can be permanently banned. I remember when the XBL PET was all over World at War and perma-banning gamertags left and right. That's what I'd like to see for cheaters, not a specific game suspension that allows them to move on and ruin other games.

I did the glitch and got the 48 hour ban, "stat reset" etc. I agree to every portion of the punishment given. I personally did it to "test" the system so to speak to see if this game would become as bad as MW2. Thankfully I have faith in this game. The punishment was as follows:
I was reset from 9th prestige to level 1 no prestige
All positive stats erased (wins, kills, accuracy etc)
Negative stats were changed. My 18,000+ deaths were changed to 10,000. My losses were changed from 327 to 1,000. Also noticed this was 2 other guys who got banned so I assume these same numbers were given to everyone.
Also, if they were banned they will get their Mountain Dew/Dorrito XP back to reuse. (I assume this was chosen because they want people to continue playing rather than go to a new game.
Please do not start responding with hate messages. There is enough of that on this forum already. I said I glitched (only one ever, I might add) and I got my ban, didn't complain took it as it was and have continued on. Just putting this information out so that people can know exactly what the ban and reset included.

I agree. From how I hear it is they still keep everything they unlocked while having all those tokens. If that is the case I find it to be a bunch of bologna. I think they should have lost EVERYTHING (titles, emblems, unlocks, etc.) except for deaths and losses while being put back to level 1 no prestige. Call me harsh if you will, but that's my two cents on the topic.
