this has happened to me twice. once i stuck someone at the start of the match and the other time i got stuck and again at the start of the match. must be some glitch or feature they put in.

Yes fix bolt action snipers to more 1 shots.  I don't quick scope because of how many hit markers I get (some are even chest or higher.) My sticks always kill, but I threw a Semtex right next to someone and they didn't have blast shield and they survived.
