Can't Use My Founder Code

I can't use my founder code. I've been trying it for days and it won't work. Occasionally I get an error message that says "Your Code is good to go, but we're not" which makes me think it's not on my end. But most of the time I don't get an error message at all. Just a red skull above the entry box, a little red x next to the entry box, and the button says "Try Again".
I've been speaking with customer support via email, and while they seem knowledgable they're not exactly available as often as I would like. Some days he'll speak to me all day, others it's a day or two before I hear anything back. It's kind of frustrating to have this code and not be able to use it.
Can anyone suggest anything to get it to work?
I've tried 3 different browsers, 2 different computers, I've cleared the cache and cookies. I've logged out and back in, I've even de-linked from my XBox account and re-linked per the instructions of customer support. Still nothing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
1) If you are already a FOUNDER, then the code will make NO difference at all.
2) If you are currently not a founder, then please contact Activision Customer Support to help you with your code.

Thank you for your quick response. I don't know if that's just a generic response or if you actually read what I wrote, but I've already been in contact with customer support via email. But it's a little frustrating when you reply to a question they ask you and then you have to wait for 2 or 3 days for another response. That's why I posted here. I'm hoping either someone else has had this same problem, or one of the devs can help me out.
Customer support is now telling me that my code is valid, but they have no idea why the code won't work.

Hello, I have actually the same problem with my Founder Code. I had buy an Hardened edition of MW3 there are a couple of weeks, the premium work fine I have already downloaded all the maps packs but I can't use my founder code. I've been trying for 2 weeks and it won't work.. Always the same message "Your Code is good to go, but we're not. Please come back again later". Please I need help, thank you in advance for your answer
