PS3 ELITE TV IS A JOKE

Beachhead why is there an xbox 360 tournament on the ps3 elite tv. Beachhead I paid for the ps3 elite not the xbox 360 elite. If i wanted to watch the xbox 360 tournament on elite tv i would have bought an xbox 360. Beachhead fix this by replacing the elite tv tournament with ps3 matches.

 

Your probably thinking that it does not make any difference but it does. PS3 MW3 IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE XBOX360.

I am very disappointed that sony playstaion has not said anything about this. They seriously need to hire me.

 

Beachhead please respond. I would like to know why i have payed for the PS3 ELITE AND instead i am watching an xbox360 MW3 tournaments

    As far as Elite TV goes, Beachhead does not have control over the content. Friday Night Fights is done by a production company.

     

    As far as the Xbox 360 being used as the primary platform while playing the game, I don't know why that's done specifically but I'm sure there's a reason it was chosen over the Playstation 3.

     

    As far as the content you are receiving, you are getting the premium elite benefits. I know that you should feel that it should be specific for the console that you've purchased Elite for, but sometimes, that just how things work out.

     

    I'll go ahead and forward your concerns to the appropriate parties.

      You have just practically said that the XBOX360 is better than the PS3. And my point is that friday night fight production can also buy a ps3 and a controller and set up a ps3 match just aswell. When you said there would be elite tv, i wanted to see friday night fight on the ps3 console becaause i play the ps3 not the xbox360.

       

      Also it is not that your switching console on friday night fight, every single friday night fight has been on the xbox360. As far as i know microsoft does not have any rights over friday night fight so i do not see why there should not be a ps3 friday night fight on the ps3 elite on a ps3 console.

       

      If Beachhead does not care about the ps3 fans then just say so, so that i won't have to waste my time.

    Come on dude. Beachhead was totally legit in what he said. Why does it matter if its on xbox or PS3. Seriously what differences are there apart from the controller and system itself? BTW I own a PS3 and an xbox before you start saying I'm an xbox fanboy

      Because if it is on the ps3 you can relate to it. But on the xbox it just feels that your not part of it. what elite do you have then ps3 or xbox? if it is xbox then just leave this forum. This has nothing to do with fan wars is just having the right content on the right elite.

      There is no logic in that it's just that someone did not consider to have friday night fight on the ps3 which is sad especially for the hardcore fans.

       

      I am not asking for anything special, i am simply asking for what should have been done in the first place. I am not watching friday night fights on the XBOX360 for a year.

        I own a PS3, don't have an XBOX.
        I don't really care what platform they play Friday Night Fights on to be honest, its the *exact* same gameplay on either platform, just the controller and buttons which pop up are different. Therefore it shouldn't really make a difference to you.


        I would rather see all the friday night fights than only the ones they decided to play on a PS3 system. I wouldn't say I'm a hardcore fan, I'm 9th prestige bordering on 10th with over 6 days playtime on MW3, a Founder Elite member who bought the hardened edition. I had over 26days playtime on MW2 and bought the prestige edition, but the last thing that worries me is what console a production is played on.

         

        As Elite help said, the series is made by a seperate production company not Beachhead so they have no control over what platform it is played on. Enjoy it for what it is, don't get caught up over the console which the game is played on.

          i totally agree it is not a big deal but it would be nice to see it done on both consoles. i am just pointing this out for Beachhead. and why did you list all your stats. this post is not for stats. your 9th prestige lol. i was 10th prestige like 4weeks ago.

          Right on. Also do people complain that they use Xbox 360 to play COD at E3

              I'm 21, and lets think about E3. Yes its a PAID event. ELITE TV is a PAID service. The only difference is one gets broadcast to the world and the other to a portion of the COD community. Which one has more influence I wonder. Also at COD XP which system did they use again... Oh yea, Xbox 360. Did you see people going on complaining about the fact the paid for a service and it wasn't PS3... Nope because they got exclusivity to pre-release gaming. Who cared if it was on Xbox or PS3... Same deal

                is funny am 21 also and your intelligence is very low. your business ideology still does not make sense. E3 and elite are totally different. And E3 is actually kind of free to broadcast that is why they stream it free online. Do your research.

                 

                COD XP is just for microsoft only. Elite is for microsoft and sony  console.

                  By the way who ever who works for microsoft that came up with the idea for COD XP. Your a GENIUS. Brilliant marketing strategy.

                    I don't believe COD XP was a microsoft event, it was an event to show off COD but due to Microsofts already established partnership with Activision of course they were publicised.

                     

                    I listed my stats just to show although I do play a lot, I by no means care about what console a production is played on, I simply want to enjoy it.

You reached 10th prestige in 3 weeks? o.O I guess you would if you wern't doing anything else, but I had school until start of december and then a lot of other commitments, but, as you said, this isn't a place to share our stats

                     

                    I don't wish to reply anymore as this is starting to sound more like an argument and I don't intend to make it end up like that. Just wanted to clear up some stuff before I leave this thread for good.

        It appears that you are just complaining for the sake of it.

         

        You don't expect them to record it on one platform, and then record it on another just to appease people that like to complain such as your self?

         

        Grow up. This is the exact same gameplay. It doesn't matter which controller they're holding in their hand.

        Sounds to me like you've a very personal gripe against the XBOX - get over it mate, and that's coming from a fellow-PS3 user. Who cares what platform we're looking at gameplay from? Its still Modern Warfare 3, the game we're all here for.

        lets face it guy, i have both too.. the only real difference between the two is the locations of the fire/grande buttons... other than that they "are" identical regardless of the console, if you try to say other wise your just plain old wrong

         

        and i doubt very much things are going to change lol
