All I'm going to say is that I'm pretty sure that they are doing the best they can it's.not all just press one button and it's done. Programming and creating things as complicated as Elite are not easy. Plus the main thing that Elite was promising is a lot of really great DLC's  which they are coming out on January 24, I think. So go a little easier on these guys and plus the gave us a free month of Elite for the complications and it would be a ton easier for them to work faster if they did not have to deal with a ton of people screaming at them and having to give very lengthy answer explaining that they do not want to rush something and make it trash...they are taking their time to make as great as they could.

Happy New Year and thanks for the work Beachhead!!!!!

There is no excuse as to why we weren't given a near complete service when Elite launched.  We were promised paid features that are still not available to us nearly two months later.

It's absolutely ridiculous that we paid good money for a service that should have been up and running at near 100% at launch and instead get the horrible mess that isn't worthy of even the title of alpha/beta.

So far, like everyone else I've been disappointed with the lack of clan leveling on cod elite considering it was the main reason I became premium. But I can completely understand the trouble your having with bugs, deadlines and any other problems I am not aware of and I would

love too see compensation not in money but in clan xp for members who became premium before clan leveling is released.

Thanks for the support you're giving to the community and good luck on further developments.

Thanks for the updates. I've been searching for a status update regarding elite for a long time now and I'm sure everyone else has been as well. Seeing as the last official status update was over a month ago (December 2nd), I think it would be nice if another official update was made with these details to get everyone on the same page (especially those who don't check the forums frequently).

It's such a shame that we are a litigious society (suing willy nilly). A class action lawsuit would give lawyers a huge sum of money, and those actually affected would get close to nothing. It ties up the courts, and the outcome really only benefits the attorneys.

In my mind, a better solution would be for Activision to supply the premium subscribers additional XP. It's not going to solve the problems associated with the release of the project, but everybody likes additional XP.

Let's take a step back for a moment. Somebody thought of a pretty awesome product that would benefit the MW3 community - Elite. They had high aspirations and the best intentions. They are not out to screw us - they care about this project because it's their own and they have pride in what they do. I'm sure they are working very hard to complete what they set out to do - not only is it their job, it's human nature! I'm sure they're all just as frustrated as we are, but they're also under an immense amout of pressure both externally (from gamers and stakeholders) and internally (from their sense of pride in their creation).

All in all, Elite is awesome so far. I want Clan Operations as much as the rest of you (co-leader of DEER clan, 85 members, 2.04 Clan Avg KD, Clan Level 22). We are very serious gamers who want to climb the ladder of Elite. But, we have our gold clan tags, a cool title, and at least we're all able to be registered on Elite. It could be a lot worse!

I like what elite service is supposed to offer me.

I don't like that it's been 2 months and so far it seems like I paid 50$ for camo and a title

My clan(which i'm the leader of) has been level 2 for a month and a half, because most founders wasted their xp already, went premium too late, or are not stupid enough to spend 50$ on camo and a title

Clan operations are coming out soon? Please. Not taking diehard fanboys into consideriation not many people dedicate themselves to a single game for more than 3 months

I am almost positive by the time the content i paid for is released another game will have taken my attention, and i will have been robbed by the company claiming to sell me a product only to give me, again, a camo and a title.

I thought only shady korean mmorpgs pulled scams like this, but apparently money grubbing has made it's way into shooters now, awesome.

Officially converted from fan to hater

I like the rest of you have been waiting patiently for products we havent recieved. Ive called Activision's support line, talked on the live chat, and have recieved the same generic response we've all recieved. "We dont know."

On one hand, you have to admit. A functioning program such as Elite would be a lot to do. However, it was in beta testing for a time before MW3 was released. And Im sure the internal testers at Beachhead had access to MW3 to play around with for the Elite service as well. So on that note, outlining what exactly you need to do to complete the app doesnt really appeal to me. Maybe you shouldve had more beta testers or more engineers or something. Just a thought.

Second. Im not a hater of COD or Elite. But why have 2 months gone by with, as above stated, premium and Founders recieving nothing more than free users other than camo, a title and exp? Yea yea we got a month free. But another month has gone by and really Im not seeing any results that tell me my money was well spent. All Im hearing from your polite and appreciated responses is, again, "We dont know." I get you're working hard and theres a lot to do. But as paid members of an incomplete feature, can you kick us something so we're not in the dark? Maybe more exp or something that says you acknowledge our patience with your unfinished app?

Third and finally and probably completely irrelevant, why does Xbox still get dlc before us? If I paid for Elite premium just like they did, why is it they get it before us? Sounds like a fat bribe which is a load of crap. But again, I realize this is probably out of place for this.

I like what Ive gotten from Elite, which is stat comparision with a few people and some nifty tips on guns. But I dont have to pay to get that online. So... What exactly have I paid for that Ive recieved?
