Naw he's just a JARHEAD and like some doesn't know any different than what they are told. Have known too many of them in my years of service in the Army and yes I am retired too.

I have stated for several weeks that a class action suit or something should be brought against the company(s). Anytime an item is advertised and you pay for it you are suppose to receive what was advertised.

This is how it has always been done here in the USA.

First of all let me state how much I enjoy Elite. I believe that it will be a great app once it is up and running and will be of great value to the diehard MW3 gamers. The feature that are up and running are looking great (with the exception of a few bug).

However please explain this:

How is it that on launch day Beachhead was not prepared for so many subscribers? If you know anything about the COD series, you should know that it is very popular and has hundreds of thousands if not millions of diehard followers, so why wouldn't you all prepare for this prior to launch? And why wouldn’t you all expect each MW3 gamer to subscribe to Elite?

If I am wrong please correct but it appears that on launch day even if you all were ready for the number of subscribers, a lot of the feature in Elite would not have been up and running. Why would a company accept subscribers, take their money for a premium service but not offer all the services upon premium subscription. That’s like going to McDonalds and ordering a Big Mac but receiving each ingredient every two weeks.

There is a big fuss over the clan operations, and it sounds like this was never even ready at launch. So again, Beachhead offered subscribers a feature with in a paid service without providing the service.

I mean this with the up most respect but the launch of Elite and all actions by Beachhead that followed were a huge FAIL! FAIL in customer service, FAIL in communication, and FAIL in ethical business practices. And all we have gotten from you all is 30 extra days on the subscription and a sorry? So many subscribers, including myself, are patiently waiting for Elite to be fully functional and to actual receive our “Big Mac” but to what end? Don’t get me wrong I appreciate the acknowledgements and ownership that you all have taken thus far but how can a company knowingly continue to take advantage of their customer in this manner? This is flat out unethical!

All I'm going to say is that I'm pretty sure that they are doing the best they can it's.not all just press one button and it's done. Programming and creating things as complicated as Elite are not easy. Plus the main thing that Elite was promising is a lot of really great DLC's  which they are coming out on January 24, I think. So go a little easier on these guys and plus the gave us a free month of Elite for the complications and it would be a ton easier for them to work faster if they did not have to deal with a ton of people screaming at them and having to give very lengthy answer explaining that they do not want to rush something and make it trash...they are taking their time to make as great as they could.
