It is really annoying. I played some SND, and apparently aiming down the sight is an offence, so some guy was threatening me.

I was also receiving report threads for using the M21.

Question: I am aware of a site where you can report people, but I want to know how the system works.

How does Sony ban people? Do they listen to user complaints or do they actually use a system to detect modded games?
