actually Jassie it is under warranty. Just because its not in the (DISC) and is a dlc the dlc is still part of the GAME and the warranty covers that. since this is not an after market software (made by another game company) the original warranty includes the dlc. If the add on pack was made by a independant company then you would be right. eg. If you by a car from ford and buy only genuine ford parts from a ford dealer (rims/exhaust etc) then you are covered by warranty from ford. If you buy your ford and decide to by aftermarket parts from a independant suplier then ford would not be liable for damage or extra wear on the car. In this case Iw/activision made both the Disc and Dlc so the warranty still applies. There are variations on consumer protection laws in different countries but here in the USA and CANADA the law is very clear . That a company cannot sell or continue to sell (with out a fix of some kind)a product that is Unsafe/defective/or does not operate as described. Now if IW came up with a fix , then there is no legal means to go after them, but they are very aware of the problem and refuse to fix it. That makes them liable. I would urge all readers to check you local/federal laws and rights you have for dealing with companies that refuse to fix/correct/refund a product that has a flaw in it. No where in the manual (bookelt )does it say how to get into the rock
