Thoughts on sniping at CODXP

This is dumb! I dont care about a 5-2 score. That is measly! SnD is the WORST example you could have given sinse its the ONLY gamemode that benefits a camping sniper, ONLY because 95% of the players are camping or moving very slowly, both of which make them easy pickings for snipers.  Dude seriously, here is a challenge if you want to try to prove sometihng. Get Dogs with a sniper rifle in a public game of Mercenary TDM without quickscoping anyone. Any rifle, any perks, any attachments, any secondary, any map. When you cant, then you will understand why quickscoping is essential for CoD. I will bet that if you are able to get Dogs there will be a few quickscopes within that killstreak which will only strengthen and prove my point.

Because it's easier to use a sniper at long range than it is an AR. That's called balance. If you're going to have a type of weapon that is good at all ranges then we might as well just have one gun that dominates everywhere.

This community drives me insane.

I think quicscoping is a talent and I still do it in black ops, just don't hold you breath and you could quick scope it's a lot harder then MW2 but it's possible
