Suggesting MW3 ideas?

I am completely new to participating in "Forums." With the launch of MW3, I have started to participate in the forum discussions, however, I was curious if it was the most effective way to make suggestions to Infinity Ward and CO. For instance, if I wanted to make suggestions on multiplayer maps, is the most effective medium through the Forums or is it something else? Not that they are working on maps yet, but for when the time comes.
They probabally check the forums and take ideas but they dont have time to go through every post and take specific ides.. but twitter, @fourzerotwo usually reads his tweets and responds.
I'd say that Twitter is definitely your best bet.
There are a ton of staff on there that are willing to take your ideas and suggestions. Don't expect anything you suggest now to be incorporated (as the Xbox 360 version is 100% finished, and I'm sure the other platforms aren't far behind!).

They read their tweets and Bowling has mentioned e-mail. These forums are a good source of information, but it's hard for anyone to go through all these forums and read every post for every idea.
I started this thread (tried to at least) (Our Voice: Community Ideas) in an attempt to condense our ideas in a singe thread to make them easier to find and read.
I was wondering the same thing. Can't figure it out so I will voice here. I bought a couple of the new map packs for mw3 and I rarely get to play them in multiplayer mode. Seems hardly anyone else has bought them. I spend a lot of time trying to find HC TDM matches in multiplayer mode and rarely do I get a match because i have the new maps the system querues other players whi have so purchased thise maps. So if hardly anyone had bought them then im sirting here waiting to get into a match forever!! I think these additional maps should just be a free add ons. I spent 30$ for these maps and I feel like its a total waste of money because it appears that maybe 10% of 360 mw3 players have also bought these maps. If I could I'd get a refund, but of course Xbox doesn't give returns. So there ya have it, $30.00 thrown in the trash that Microsoft has basically stolen from me and I don't a product in return. I think there should be a place where I could see how many other players have actually bought the new map packs. Obviously I bought into something that isn't popular at all and Xbox or mw3 makers should stand accountable for this stuff. Why should the consumer lose out if they're producing a product that isn't meeting client expectation? Why should an Xbox gold mbership holder after having paid 60.00 or more for 6 mnths of membership even have to buy these maps? These maps should just be free or info about how many others are buying them should be available at time of purchase. What a dumb ass system. In the future I know that I won't be buying add on maps for any COD products.
If you only purchased 2 of the DLC's then that may be the problem. I would think that most people that purchased the DLC's bought all of them. So basically you are in a subset of players that only bought the ones that you bought and that's probably what's making your matchmaking difficult with regards to the new maps. That's just a guess on my part. I have all of the DLC and I'm regularly playing on the new maps regardless of gamemode.
