I really enjoy using the MP7 due to the fact that it has the ability to kill at range with an accurate trigger. I was hesistant to try it at first because of the lower damage output but the other factors make up for that and is quite balanced when compared with the other SMGs. Both the PP90m1 & P90 are better for hip firing at closish range but I prefer to ADS mostly so this makes it an exceptional gun for me to use. Overall I wouldn't say it is overpowered but it is definately the best ADS SMG as it should be

A few Pros:

No recoil (MUST COME WITH GRIP ON IT I MEAN WOW)

Clip a tad smaller than the p90 ( or so i beleive)

Fast fire rate (Must come with rapid fire on it too)

Wonderful damage output (Its not overpowered its legit)

How i truly feel about this weapon is the exact opposite i beleive the MP7 IS:

 

Waaaay to accurate

Clip too big

Fire rate ridiculous

Damage is sub par, the above factors make up for it

 

Why does everyone love this gun?

I personally beleive it is one of the cheapest guns i have ever seen used, Well behind the type 95, striker, And the fmg9 akimbo

I think everyone is entitled to their opinion no matter how vapid it may be.

They should just have one gun... a water pistol.

i'm probably just really biased because i absolutely love the mp7. put extended mags on it, and yeah, it can seems like an unlimited clip. but i still believe it's a fairly balanced weapon with the rest of it's class.

i'm not a big fan of calling anything overpowered, or even underpowered, for that matter. i've heard all this talk about the type95, but yet i rarely get killed by it. i've used noob toobs and grenades, and a well placed one is lethal, except when they are using blast shield, which is the way it should be... there was a reply in this thread that said something like all he saw was... and names off like 6 guns.... i mean, really?? i see plenty of guns. so what if you see more or less of one or the other. that doesn't make any of them overpowered.

type 95 kills in one burst perhaps 80% of the time all it takes is a double tap of the trigger and someone is dead, that is why people complain. it's also beast close range with steady aim because all the shots almost always hit up close. people hate it because its a camper gun, they can just pull the trigger once and get a free kill. the only things i've named personally i've named because i've tried it and it really did have an advantage in almost every situation. i come from competitive gaming communities and I actually have been invited to test MLG settings in various games. so i typically am fairly objective about what's op. MP7 is good, about as good as ACR in MW2, so in my opinion, it is only broken if people thought ACR was broken.

Like seriously all people do its complain about guns being overpowered or whatever. Sooner or later all the guns with be worthless, so stop complaining and play the game. The MP7 is my favourite gun when I first unlocked it bought it from the prestige shop, Ive used it ever since. Got my first M.O.A.B with it amazing gun I would say. I little tweak wouldnt hurt but nerfing it would.
