Error - Server is not available at this time...

I can't play online multiplayer. First I press play online, then it's trying to connect but it won't. There comes an error: "The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 server is not available at this time. Please try again later or visit http://www.callofduty.com/mw3/status for updates." This has continued few days already and it's getting a bit of annoying... Any help please?

Really what you have to do is.
Reset your internet via your modem and router
Wait 5 minutes
Reset your PS3
Go to "Internet Connections" Under the XMB bar Settings.
Disable your internet connection
Re-enable your internet connection
Then Re-Setup your internect connection settings by going through the process to Connect to your Router

I have the same problem since the game came out,I tried everything but nothing works,and I dont see how going to twitter to get an answer is helpful this is what the forums are for so people can get an answer here not be redirected to another site.

I know somebody out there in activision is monitoring this post... Dammit its been weeks since i last logged in to the multiplayer of mw3... i'm no hater but this sh*t has got to end somehow... is there a representative or atleast a forum moderator that can answer this simple question? i'm trying to log in... fetching online stuff and then error this error **** pops up... do you even know how frustrating it is to read that error 312, 380 and all other error code without any discriptions at all? so to the developers FIX THIS ****!!!!

  If you want technical assistance from Activision you should post this in the technical assistance thread, go to twitter as I suggested earlier, call activision, go to support and go to live chat, go to support.
  
  Asking this type of question on the general MW3 thread is not going to guarantee your message will get seen by a technical support person.
  
  From reading the posts though, it looks like you need to open your ports for the game. Try portforward.com.
