i have the same problem now, iv just reinstalled windows 7 so everything got deleted, i have just downloaded mw3 and i have the same message every time i try connecting, but it lets me play in spec ops survival mode but it wont let me play on multiplayer?

I haven't been able to get online for MW3/2/1 now. It has been 7 days and I could get online only once since then. Played on MW2 now I can't even do that and MW1. Also when I try to get out of the MW3 menu I always freeze and have to reboot. Tried all the resetting of modem, the safe mode thing and throwing out MW3 game date to no avail. Anyone else having this problem. I use Bell Sympatico as a provider. Apparently Rogers user did have a problem but that has been fixed.

Well as you all already know, it doesnt work for me either

i wonder how many people play this game for ps3 it could very likely be alot of the issues in this game are because the servers are overloaded and the matchmaking is going all haywire trying to keep up with millions of people playing at the same time. Ive noticed that the game play and or matchmaking is better for me later at night after 12pm maybe its just coincidence but there may just be just too many people playing for things to run right.

well as you all know it doese'nt work for me either

my game does the same thing and i cant play online. it says: the call of duty: mw3 server is not available at this time, please try again later or visit http://callofduty/mw3/statusforupdates.

but i cant find any solution.

Having the same problem with cod 4, except since cod 4 doesn't have a message like this. It does this.

-puts me into an online game after about 40 minutes-

-lets me play game normally-

-kicks me out when game ends-

-when i come back all the xp and unlocks earned during the previous session are gone-

i really need a solution! i dont know where to find steam ot properties!!! apparently you got to steam then properties then you select maintain this game updated!! how do you do THAT!!! plz somebody find a solution!!!! oh and iv got a ps3 cause there may be different solutions for different consoles.
