The performance of Elite has been nothing short of pathetic.
I'm sure most people who paid for the service did so for the DLC anyway but the offering so far has been truly disappointing.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt on launch day and even the first week, however expanding server capacity isn't that big of a deal. I work in server operations, we've done it at the drop of a hat and we do it on a frequent basis to deal with high utilisation events. Certainly not a 3 week project if it was top priority.
Therefore i can only assume that the thing is poorly coded and piss poor, i imagine their server guys reading the "capacity" excuses and screaming into his fist all the while knowing it's the confused dev who wrote the codes fault this sorry mess constsantly redirects users to a "congratulations you're registered for CoD elite" page.
Gonna love to hear the excuse if the DLC won't download when it's finally released, if ever.
