it's obvious the 2 programers that left infinity ward prior to mw3 release hurt the final product more than anyone at activision will ever admit. they were the glue that brought everything together to make mw2 the most realistic looking fps shooter ever made and still to this date. mw3 it's not as sharp. no denying it. the map design could be vastly improved. it's easy to tell they force you into a constant run and gun. if they wanted to short cut it as i know they will just take the good mw2 maps and re release them again. fix the spawn points up the damage of the explosives a little, example the reaper drone and the ac130. a hit from any gun / missile that is more then 5 feet away and not even a scratch. considering the explosion appears to cover 30 square feet doesn't make a whole lot of sence. the lag is also unbearable. just because you have 4 bars doesn't mean you have a good connection.

to answer the question yeah i would take a refund of my hardend edition and get a normal copy. whats stupid is all this stuff is easily fixable in one evening with as many people as if and activision have why would they intentionally anger their fan base. yes this is the last COD game im buying

I didn't think I would be saying yes, but I also didn't think MW3 would leave out offline multiplayer. Yeah you can have your friend play splitscreen, but the levels feel really empty with just two people, and the overall experience feels pretty lame (or the screen feel really small with more people ^^). We needed and expected bot support, just like Blops.... so we're kinda missing one third of the game we thought we were buying.

I too am getting to the point where I want to smash this disc or sell it. What is the point of a skill based game if the only factor is connection speed. I can deal with the lame maps. I can deal with the useless shot gun class. I can deal with not being able to have equipment and 2 classes of grenades. I can deal with no light weight or marathon pro for rushing. But I CANNOT handle this ridiculous lag issue. I paid 100 bucks for the special edition and feel totally ripped off! They must have played the game before it hit the market and saw the many flaw it has. . Hell, the maps are all pretty much the same. Same colours, same corners same cluttered with so much junk lying around that you get stuck to at every turn. This game is just broken. I shot an enemy in the head today with a shotgun and the muzzel was right against his face. Not only he didn't die but recovered enough to turn around and knife me. WTF! It's like that every game. I can't play this game because I pay extra to get a good Internet connection? Again, WTF!

I can promise you that I won't be buying their next work of art!
