None of these answers make sense for several reasons:

1.)  I only entered Prestige on MW2 even though I own every COD and all five icon slots are filled.

2.)  The icons show Ranks and if you enter a Lobby and look at other members, some have all of the blocks full while others have only a few.

3.)  I have reached the Max level in every COD game, yet some of the icons show a graphic that looks like a die, with 5 dots, 4 dots, etc.
