My only requirements other than 2.0+ K/D is don't be a huge ******* ******, have a personality and be competitive.

I'd be down, are you west coast? Same area helps the connection. BTW, k/d is 2.1 in TDM. 1.975 overall, but I also play the objective like a badass and will top people on the board with twice as many kills as me. (Especially DOM/DEMO)
