I'm having the same problem. Havn't recieved XP from the founders in my clan. Please, somebody help us with this issue!

clan ops rank your clan up but there coming soon

There are Clan Ops that are coming later on, my guess is when the first map pack is released there elite status should be updated and ready to go for all clans. Also there are clan enlisted events on the COD Elite website and or Xbox/PS3 networks under the COD Elite Game/App. Hope this helps

I had the same founder problem, I had 3 people in my clan 2 of us were founders before we joined and one become one after, the one that joined after , we never got his exp. What we ended up doing was having the 3rd person leave and then rejoin, and it gave us his founder xp.
