MW3 Starts lagging after a couple of map changes

My mw3 is always forcing me to quit and restart after a couple of map changes due to it startging to lagg between 2-10 fps and im not sure what is causing it any help ???

    Check your hdd, do a defrag if you need to. Might help speed things up.
