So popularity = better?.  I don't think so. Just because everyone is using it, you should use it as well?  I don't think the people who use the Type 95 should be punished because most people have a weak will and need to follow the herd. 

If you take into consideration the fire rate of the of the MK14, it is easy to fire off two rounds in succession.  I am okay with being killed by that gun because if someone shoots me twice, I know they actually had me in their sights long enough to pull the trigger twice.

The difference is that the time between consecutive trigger pulls is different.  The rate of fire on the MK14 is faster than the Type 95. Meaning you have the ability to fire off more than three bullets in the same amount of time that you fire one burst for the type 95.  You have to compare apples to apples. 

Where did I say rapid fire T95?

Rapid fire is a bonus that you get for leveling up your weapon. You do work, you get rewarded with proficiencies.  Rapid fire anything changes the gun and the stats.  Hence the title rapid fire....

Standard gun is what we are comparing.  Apples to apples. If you wanted to compare a rapid fire T95 to a rapid fire MK14, you could do that and the MK14 would still win because the rapid fire attachment reduces fire rate by a percentage, I believe.

Not even close!  Popularity does not equal better.

People will gravitate towards efficient guns, user friendly guns, guns with less margin for error. Hence so many players using the ACR... point and shoot with less margin for error.

As you become more efficient as a player you can challenge yourself to use more weapons and be able to adapt.

It seperates average players from good players.

Better is not quantifiable. Better is an opinion in this case because you are saying that popularity makes it better. Its like saying Pepsi is better than Coke. Its an opinion. If you said the gun was efficient you could justify that because you can quantify that.  You can take your kills vs your deaths and compare it with other guns and then make the conclusion that you are better with that gun.

Efficient and better are not interchangeable in this case. Your opinion is that the Type 95 is better because of your experiences with the gun. Which I could respect if it wasn't a blanket statement for the whole fan base. 

Swap Better and Efficient in this sentence and see if it makes sense.

You take better and efficient out of context, I clearly stated IN THIS GAME  better = efficient.

I'm sorry this doesn't fit into how you like it and want to twist it into another context. It's simple, the most efficient gun is the best gun.
