rezurrection for FREE?!

the mappack rezurrection for CoD Black Ops is now free on psn? why is this? I paid my €15, and now its free so I'm pretty mad about this.

I think its good that you made the best mappack of the best game free, but I paid for it. And I would like to receive another mappack instead (value of €15.) or another solution.
