Only way I know of having a different color clan tag is through the clan section in elite. Once your clan unlocks a certain level you have the option to have a gold clan tag. I have never heard or seen anything about different colored clan tags. Unles you are talking about the controller buttons in their clan tag then yes it is an exploit and should be reported.

you 100% can have a colored clan tag withoutmodding. my clan has it and we think bodders are the scum of the earth and should die in a violent crash

I saw what you're talking about. Like wickedcueball said, it's a clan thing. If it ain't yellow, report the little jerks.

stop reporting them ok its not a hacker so stfu u people need to understand that its not a hacker u unlock them when ur at a certain level ur find out when u get to it

Ok heres how you get the gold clan tag.

Step 1: Go to Call of Duty Elite, and sign in.

Step 2: Go to connect and find the clan named "YouMadBro!:)" Without the quotes

Step 3: Go to the comments page and ask for an invite.

Step 4: You will get an invite, ACCEPT IT! We invite everyone  regardless of premium

Step 5: Post this comment to places!

Step 6: Invite random people on PSN or Xbox to join the clan.

Step 7: Go play, and set your clan tag to, your clan's.
