Hey I figured out how to make the clans
The problem is as you say when it ask you to confirm you 500xp founder first clan bonus the name removes itself (people who aren't founders probs haven't had the issue)
anyway
Type in your name, copy it, delte it using the delete key then paste it again
Hit ok
the confirm will come up and the name will dissappear, hit ctrl z twice, this will undo your paste then your delete ;D and the name will reappear and you can hit confirm and wula, your clanon that note, but 500xp founder bonus got the clan to level two almost three, seeing as though every other clan is lvl 50 made test or level 1, I say the founder 500xp bonus is what is causing the issue

I realize that working with computers is NOT an exact science especially when the servers get overloaded. but this is BULL we all paid an extra 50 bucks for a service that should never been launched until it was ready. There is no excuses! They knew with the pre-orders that this service was going to be a big thing and should have either postponed the release or scrapped the entire ordeal instead of causing millions of customers poor quality of service. they almost remind me of Treyarch. pay big money for nothing. I know eventually they will succeed in getting this fixed, however my opinion is the customers should be compensated for the lack of quality from the get go.
