Everyone likes to blame aim assist and they dont even realize what aim assist does. Aim assist does NOT snap to a target. Aim Assist only happens when someone walks infront of your crosshairs or if you are strafing. Technically traditional sniping could abuse aim assist by hardscoping near a corner and waiting for the aim assist to track someone coming arround it. How ever as stated before, Aim assist will NOT snap to a target when scoping in. Everyone is just looking for something to blame their deaths on, and Aim Assist seems to be the only thing they can think of. Might explain why quickscoping originated on a PC game that DIDNT have aim assist.

(MW2)Its unsportslike because of the hit-box is unrealiable. hen a quickscoper fires a bullet or sprays, the bullet doesn't even have to hit them to kill them...

(MW3) well now that the kit-box is smaller and you actually have to hit them to kill them, but since the aim assist and sucky hit-box accounted for 3/4 of their kills in MW2, and now in MW3 since they cant go positive ( which affects the entire team and makes them lose usually, WHICH AFFECTS THEIR FUN!!!) so now the quicksopers resort to corner camping and barrel stuffing and call it quickscoping or say it has skill... sorry n00b it doesn't it has no more skill than a shotgun to the chest. further-more your right it is much easier to quickscope and it may not be a huge advantage but it is a huge annoyance, because its just a fancier way of shotgun-running in MW2 and now they brought it back in MW3. quicksopers in general ruin the game by either ticking everybody off to the point they give up on call of duty ( which iss sad in its own right that such a large group of people are turned off by a CoD game seriously CoD has always been awsome no its just getting stupid as black ops did) or by dragging you team down causing you to lose or getting you killed alot , which RUINS everbodies fun. thats how its unsportsmanlike... and for those who can go positive well good for you, you corner camping jag-off get skill or get out!!!

uhh dude hardscoper is a term that  is used when people aim all the way in while quickscoping for too long.... sitting their and aiming down you scope is just called """"sniping""""" not hardscoping

so dont put hardscoper and sniper together because they are two different things one runs and flings his sniper around trying to get kills the other is patient and takes one bullet/ double tap. to kill

and for many its come down to quickscopers barrell stuffin and that is annoying and if you say that requires skill you insane.. quicscoping is only fun for the n00b doing it, not for the team that lost the match because they couldn't carry  him, or the guys on the enemy team that get hit by a stray bullet from some quicksoper, and have their killstreak ruined

If I start quickscoping will my KD improve as it's so easy?

Doubt it..

Its cheap and taking advantage of a glitch in my opionion though the makers love the grenade launcher so much so they can do well its probably something the put in the game so they could beat people...
