Creating a clan in COD Elite?

Ok so I've been trying to set up a clan in call of duty elite but each time I go to create one it asks me if i wanted to add my 500 xp boost to the first clan i join but after i do that it doesnt create the clan it pops up "enter a clan name" am i just picking alot of used names or is that part of the service still not working right?

where do you go for that. for me i went on the website, it said look for a clan or make one and had a white box with a hashtag in it(#) i created Baltimore_Finest but it didnt say anything about a boost, i am a founder it says so on the Elite program on the xbox , got the winter camo and got the emblems

you probally created a group not a clan, to get to the screen I was on right above where it saus "connect groups" there are 2 tabs above it "clans" and "groups" just click the "clan" tab

but thx for the info guys i was getting fustrated as hell thinking ALL those names were taken

that sucks, i did the create and it asked about the 500xp, then it asked me to enter a clan name again in the box and when i did it just went blank, but hey its all good for now. got my winter camo and my FOUNDER emblems today!

when you see the clan xp boost use the tab button on your keyboard to get to the clan name text box to enter the clan name again, then click continue

it does, but you have to hit tab alot
