Gold Gum Camo.. Do You Lose It If You Prestige? + Prestige Tokens

Question:

I know you get gold camo after LVL 31 on your gun but,

anyone know if you lose your gold camo on your gun when you prestige? Or if your gun proficiency resets when you prestige?

Cause that would suck!

Also, I hear if you prestige in previous COD games (BlackOps, MW2, WaW) you get a prestige token everytime you prestige up?

dont know for sure about the gold camo and proficiency...but i've heared you couldt take a gun with you to next prestige if you use a token for it.

I got 3 prestigeshop tokens when i started and i've played WaW MW2 and BO and prestiged severel times in them so i think if u prestige 1 time in those games you get a maximum of 1 token per game even if you decide to prestige no (dont know this for sure though)

I can not help you with the camo stuff as i have not prestiged yet but i do know that you dont get one for every prestige you did in previous game just 1 for that game even if you prestiged all the way up you only get 1.

  According to 402 you can keep the gun and use it when you can create a class but lose all weapon attachments/proficiencies. That means that you start over with the gun BUT you get to use it at level 5 when create-a-class is unlocked. That's a HUGE plus.

I spent a few extra hours after getting to level 80 to get the gold Type 95. After Prestiging you definitely lose all the camo's apart from the Founder one (winter)
