MW3 Promod

Hello everyone! Know that the game is out can anyone here tell me if it will be possible to make promod with these settings we have right now? With promod I mean using a good dedicated server with good connection and that everyone got the same kits? Is it possible and have anyone done it? Please let me know cus Promod is the most fun in Cod games! So is it possible to make promod servers for MW3 and is there any out there right now?

hope they won't **** on us and release the mod-tools soon as possible.

coz we need them to create strat times, readyUp period, adjust snipers behaviour, tweak weapons damages, penetration, option to create a class during a match, drop bomb option, /kill option, timeout option and many more! this game has great engine and some very very good maps, like mp_lockdown, mp_resistance, mp_seatown, mp_arkaden, mp_bakaara. it needs mod tools to be super uber awesome for pc competitive scene

LOL you really think you are going to get mod tools?

Let me burst your bubble, no there will be no mod tools.

If you think MW3 will get support on PC you are horribly wrong.

Good luck keeping it populated mate, this game is gonna die like homefront and brink soon enough, one day they'll go play mw2 and realize they got sold very bad DLC and stay there, or if your a self respecting promod player you'll just stick with CoD4, there really is no comparison.

Could always just play on AlterIW for MW2 if you want stats/mods. No plans on a Alter MW3 unfortunatly, so were stuck with whatever activivion decides to give us.

you could set up a 1 class while you'er creating your server resipe; and copy it to every other slot; then disallow custom classes

go in to the multiplayer on your computer, create your own custom recipe, and then you are able to save it to disc.

    Image

To do this, select Game setup from private match screen. You will then see the options from the bottom as circled above. To create a recipe, select Mode, this will give you the option of a game mode

    Image

From here, select your mode, it will with return you to the game setup screen

    Image

Then select Options. It will bring up all the options that can be changed

    Image

Customise your game here, then click save settings or press F1

    Image

    From there, Select a mode

    Image

Click a mode, and you will then get returned to the options screen

From there, click Back. Then click Save recipie to disc.

    Then name your Recipe

    Image.

You can then close the Game

Then go to your computer and select which drive the game is saved on

    :\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3\admin

either upload the x.dsr file you have created; or open it in a word prosseser notepad ect... (I prefer Wordpad) and copy and paste it in to you default.dsr on the server you'll be using.

    hope this helps
