Hardened edition not working!

Is anyone else's redeem code in their hardened edition not being accepted? Also I'm not allowed access to MW3 Elite please help!

Use the code on the back of the little "pamphlet" that is with the codes for the avatar "Juggs" outfit. Instructions are there and they worked fine. The code on the "founder" card isn't the one to use. The code you want is 25 characters...the one on the founders card is only 20.
