How to redeem mw3 prestige tokens from past CoD's

how will we br able to redeem our prestige tokens will they simpley just be carried on through.or will we have to do something with like elite

will we have to wait to prestige once and they will be there 2 to spend or stock up or

will we have them right when we multiplayer asking us do we want to spend or keep

how do we know i prestiged friday in 2xp to 14th and it didnt say any notifications about it is it just kept track in my acount?
