I think people who had been on these forum and are veteran should get a token for the prestige shop. these forum is as much parts of the call of duty franchise as the game.
hell no this is my 4th account because various reason so it wouldnt be fair
LOL, hey I'm newbie but there people that been here for a long time posting keeping the forum alive I think they you get rewared at leat 1 token
i first joined just as cod4 came out but like i said this is my 4th account
You are saying it's unfair because you might miss out on a token? Well if that ain't the fairest sounding thing ever. Let's hold back all the vets because it wouldn't be fair that one has more then one accounts which will lead him to not get the token even though most likely because he's been banned.
my last account has been the only one that was banned which ive still no idea why it was banned for
how stupid of me of course your right
I've had this account since World at War, never been banned, never been put on probation, etc.
Why shouldn't I get a bonus for being good while you don't for being bad? That's the foundations of our society: the bad get penalized, the good get cookies.
How about a token for every 1000 posts?
then you have 11 token just of the forum you would only have to prestige once and it's like you prestige 10x
Umad bro?
Or just jelly?
why would I be jealous if Im the one that came with the idea of giving token too the veteran but reaper it's taking overboard
You think making this many posts was easy? I spend hours everyday on the forums. I should be rewarded more than somebody with 100
I know it not easy you prombalie spend as much time here as you do playing but just like in the games that you had to prestige once then here it should be at least a 1000 post and you get one token or for every 1000 post on previous call of duty forum you get 1 token
Meh, i'm not even getting the game. MW2 sucked. I got to 3rd presige and i stopped. BO on the other hand, i got thru 15th prestige in no time.

Mad or jealous because you have waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much time on your hands. Don't tell me you have any type of social life outside COD. 8000 posts since June tell another story dude.Live in a bubble?
They merged the forums count. He has less than a thousand posts on this forum.
I disagree.
If we start giving away tokens for everything related to COD under the sun, prestiging will become MORE pointless.
They should give you 15 tokens for going to 15th prestige in BO since you played that crap game long enough.
@david no -- thats ridiculous & what would you spend it on? besides. you get a token everytime you prestige in M3 anyways & you only get 1 toekn per game you've prestiged in from CoD4 - BO

So you would permanently buy 15 classes? wut?
Seriously? Even on the Mw3 forums, you're still runnin' your mouth about your intense dislike of Black Ops. Give it up already.
One token for five stars, sure whatever. Anyobdy asking for a ridiculous amount of tokens, be it on here or from the other prestige games (like one per prestige) are idiots.
I can see the pros and cons to this idea but no thanks. If there was to be a token gained by posting on the forums then there would be too many threads/posts full of nonsense.
Then they should at least limit it to those who have been here for at least a year if not 2 or 3 years along with having good amount of posts.
The OP wants a token for his 46 posts? Funny.

No, he is being unselfish and taking in consideration those who have been here for a good amount of time and put effort forth.
Perhaps, but it's still an awful idea. The forum has NOTHING to do w/ the game & people shouldn't be rewarded for posting on it. Let's say he gets his way, then what? People will want a token because they post #MW3 10x a day on Twitter -- Twitter is a more relevant conduit for the community than this forum is.
Where does it end?
Without anyone posting on these forums then you wouldn't have the games you enjoy or the patches to certain problems. We can at least get a little reward back?
In what world is that true? Twitter is where all the back-and-forth happens between the community & the devs. I don't see Vahn, JD2020 (before he got the axe), 402, Condry, Beahm, or Schofield on these forums, but I see them multiple times a day on Twitter. Hell, Twitter is where the devs ask us what we think & what we want -- they most certainly do NOT do that on these forums....
EDIT: And yes, w/o these forums I would still get my annual cod game. This forum is far from the be-all & end-all of Call of Duty.

Yeah right. Probably somebodies second account. They are rewarding people that played and prestiged in previous games. Not people who come on the forums to mostly complain. (Thats not directed at anyone in particular)
Yeah, I don't think devs will give tokens to forum members.
Reason: Dev's dislike most forum members.
Us and probably YouTubers are the whiners of the community who get dev's to patch certain aspects of the game.
By the way, I do use the forums alot and I consider myself a whiner from time to time. ![]()
Here we go again. Forum "veterans" do not need to get an extra token. It's fair enough that we are getting what we are getting now. I could not give two ***** whether or not I get an extra token. Us "veterans" need to get it drilled in our head that just because we are "veterans" does not necessarily mean we are entitled to extra benefits.

But I wouldn't say, no, either.
I agree. I spent time of my life being involved on the community. I think it would be a great idea! ![]()
This would be a better reward program than the one that gives /rewards hackers, cheaters, scum.
Hmm, would be hard to implement, some "veterans" are nothing more than trolls (snapr for example) that have been here for years, do we really want to reward them too?
You would have to have a reasonable amount of time not posts.
@ everyone who was complaining/fighting
This is why we can't have nice things!!!
First off, IW is rewarding people who have played the game not nerds who spend days talking about the game. If you are impatient enough to get on forums and have spent hours of your life on them,I suggest you get a life. If you are not enjoying the game for what ever reason simply don't invest you time and money on it. I play the PC version and have played every single game since CoD4. I know that the lack of intel leaves PC game owners with no opportunity for tokens. That just tells me that I should have fun playing the game insted of rushing to be on top using cheap game tokens that really do nothing but boost already huge egos.
The same comment you made about "nerds" on forums could be made about "nerds" on games. Alot of people on the forums play the games and come back to have discussions.
Okey maybe i was a little harsh but being part of this forum doesn't make the game. hey i'm on the forum and i don't even own or have preordered the game. you know why people get on the forums? it because its free.
In a sense, it does though. They may not say they do, but the devs regurarly come here to see what needs tweaked, what new ideas the community likes etc.
Every game this discussion happens, every game it turns into a huge feud. Locking. If the developers decide to do something for the forum that's fine. If not, that's fine too.
