Do zombies really kill in 1 hit?

As a ps3 gamer, i found it hard to believe nintendo would have the hardest version of zombies on there system. Is this true. if so post ur highest round!

I have only played zombies twice on the ds. Yes it seems that you die in one hit and my highest round was 1. No excuses, I suck.

i have reached up to round 11. it was very difficult to pass later levels since zombies start to run after you, as if they take track and field or something. the best weapon i like to use is the ppsh.
