The game should be developed on PC and ported to consoles or each console gets their own version and no port.

The deal was made because in the past the Xbox 360 was the new kid on the block.  Microsoft did everything to control more market share in the gaming consoles.  Lower prices and the map pack deal.  It's set in stone until 2012.

I actually prefer to get the map packs 1 month later.  That way I can watch video and decide if I want ot get it or not.

But a major reason Xbox gets the maps first is because every developer in the world prefers the programs used to make PC/360 vesus the Sony programs.  I read that Sony programing language is a hassle.  That!

360 games are easier to create.  Anyone would rather create with a easier program over a hard one.  Probably that's an additional 2 or 3 weeks to port the maps over to PS3.

I hope you realize that if Activision ends the contract with Microsoft, Microsoft can sue Activision for breach of contract. Honestly, quit complaining. From what I can tell, Elite Premium will allow all the Premium members (both PS3 and 360 players) to get the DLC at the same time. So if you want the DLC early become an Elite Premium member.

Also, the deal wasn't made because Microsoft was the new kid on the block. It has been said that the contract was offered to both Sony and Microsoft, but Sony turned it down.

The contract Microsoft signed with Activision included more than just the DLCs being released early to Xbox. Like I said, Sony turned down the contract Activision offered them. If Sony had taken up the contract, the PS3 most likely would have been used at the CoD: XP as well.

It is 2011. They should, by now know, how to work with it. It is not like Sony made some kind of complex puzzle.

    Link or it didn't happen.

It's not so much programming difficulty, it's just that to take advantage of the vastly superior cell processor in the 3, the game has to be designed around it.  Our Ports simply run on only 1 cell.

As for MS being the new kid on the block, the 360 had a year head start on the 3

Uhh. I'm fairly certain that xbox uses c#; ps3 uses c++. Essentially the same language.
