stat problems

im having problems with the stat as there are not being added to my kills. yesterday i compleated the challenge for the stoner which came up in the match saying i had compleated the challenge and today i compleated the challenge for the psg of 350 headshots then when i left the server i was in, i went to look at the stats for the gun and found that it had not added them even though it said i had in the game. will this get fixed or added at any point or do i just lose those stats completly. any help pls

    Did you leave before the map rotated?

    its related to an error code i get sometimes, it normally happens when i have played for a while then leave and go back on at a later time. the error that comes up is rank error. does anyone know why im getting this error come up. yesterday i must of played about 10 map's and they have not even been registered on my recent games. so any help pls
