    I have a Slim and I still get bad frames and whatnot. It isn't anything with me seeing thing.  There is videos showing the bad port PS3 got.

    Wouldn't lowering the refresh rate to a lower definition, fix the framerate problem some?

    That's not the refresh rate, that's the resolution. And it won't affect the performance because the game is still going to be running at 540p, no matter what resolution you decide to display it at.
