A long standing tradition at the Gunslingers is Frosty Pints every Friday and Saturday.  The premise is simple, yet addicting.  Grab some brews, swap some game contacts, perhaps even get on headset, and let the good times roll as we celebrate another end of a grueling work week!

We rely heavily on members stopping by the GS Chats to start the meet-ups and get some initial games started.  Since we feature several games and have so many members, an extra device may need to be in place to make sure new and old members alike have a better way to state their intentions of being around during Frosty Pints and what game(s) they will be playing.  We have some awesome new members walk through the saloon doors in the last few months, and the last thing we want them to feel is that they aren't invited to our biggest parties!

With that in mind, we have a new Frosty Pints calendar event set-up!

You will notice that a calendar event with a sign-up sheet has been added for Frosty Pints on every Friday and Saturday.  Please take advantage of it!  When stating that you are planning to take part in Frosty Pints, here are some information I highly recommend you include in your reply:

-What game you are going to be playing.
-Around what time range.
-What game contact you are using.

Feel free to add any contacts that are shared in these sign-up sheets.  Guests (non GS members) are not able to see the sign-up sheets so it is safe to post and add them.  This new set-up should encourage continued game contact swapping and letting new members know that you are welcome to the party, too!

INTRODUCTION

MEMBERSHIP

We are fortunate to have over 2,300 adults registered on our homepage, and Call of Duty Friend Codes, PSNs, Game Tags, and Steam ID Master Lists that are literally growing by the week. 

We have a large collection of parents,college students, working men (and women) members from around the world. We are excited for Call of Duty: Black Ops on all its platforms, and we are enjoying previous Call of Duty chapters as we wait for its release!

GUIDELINES

We like to ascribe the Gunslinger experience akin to having drinks with some buds after work or partying with them on the weekends.  Nothing stops the music faster than a few knuckleheads, so we do have a few guidelines we expect people to follow during their stay:

• -Pornographic and/or obscene material is prohibited.
• -Self promotion by new members will likely be treated as spam. This includes promotion of own non-commercial websites.
• -No personal attacks on other members or various sorts of offensive behavior is allowed.
• -No glitching/hacking/cheating.  We define such as purposefully accessing the game's programming or abusing a flaw in the programming to achieve an act or status that is not intended or possible otherwise.

Back to work!  Yep, I hate that sentence, too, but it does seem to be the theme of Mondays, doesn't it?  It isn't all about digging the sleep out of your eyes and putting your nose back the grindstone (aw, the joy of mixed metaphors). 

Take, for example, a GS Arcade update.  In spirit of Comic Con, disgruntle Lizard actor and all, the Gunslingers clan has added "Superman - Metropolis Defender" to the GunslingerGaming.com Arcade!  We add a new game to our custom arcade every week so be sure to check out all the other titles that we have installed on our group's homepage.
