Annihilation Not Available in Puerto Rico!

None of my Puertorican friends or their friends, also Puertorican, can't download the map pack, is this an area problem or do we all just have horrible luck. I've asked over 15+ Puertorican gamers and none can download it and get the same error message " This item isn't available from your current location." This is the first time this has happened from any map pack.

I'm also puertorican and I can't seem to get it. I made a topic about this but in Technical Support.

Also, alot of people from PR are complaining on the xbox 360 forum.

This really sucks, i've been trying to get the map pack since 7:00am. They should've fixed this by now.

Me too, I called Xbox Customer Support and they told me to go to Treyarch.

You're not the only one, I'm also unable to download the map pack. I'm trying to download the map pack since 6:00 a.m. But, also people from the U.K. and other people from the U.S. are unable to download and they receive the same error message.

I even cleared my cache on the HDD and still won't work.

sounds like you got someone stupid?
i mean... its possible that treyarch may have made a mistake somewhere that would disallow that, but that sounds like a marketplace failure not a treyarch failure.
id call them back and talk to someone else and if they send you back to treyarch again, ask them why specifically.

It's supposedly a XBox Marketplace error, not Treyarch's fault. I'd still like some feedback and actual facts on whats going on.

:shock: WTF!!!! what's with it, says not available from my location, ??? i have downloaded the 2 previous maps and no download for this???
you have to see my kids face....c'mon fix that....and the thing is that i pre-pay for it...have the code since 7am...and still nothing....

I live in PR as well and still no luck for me! I wish someone would give us some information on what is going on! i don't get why i could DL the first two packs no problem. It's just this one....does microsoft have something againts PR? Really REALLY wish someone would tell us what is going on. I've been on the phone with tech support twice and they just tell me that our region has not been add....Well when is it going to be!!!

...which is weird because i have downloaded the other map packs without problems

This really sucks, how can whole countries be restricted content they've been allowed to before. That's just none sense.

hey i am from puerto rico 2 for me and my friends start the download but when get 2 99% stop and say " This item isn't available from your current location." thats really ****

Have you all called XBox customer support, i think that the more people that call with the same problem the faster it gets fixed.

i called and no concrette answer.....i just have wasted $15.00 and one day off my work....

You know what I hate? That they didn't even got the iniciative to even make a reply to us. They didnt even took the extra step to make a post to us saying that they already called microsoft and the problem is suppose to be fixed soon. It seems they dont even care for the thousands and thousands of fans they have here in PR.

they never have. perhaps their largest fanbase and now we're dealing with this inconvenience. i'm positive we won't even see a compensation for the trouble, just a "oh... we fixed it by the way you can go ahead and purchase it now and give us all your hard earned money 'cause we really don't care about you," it's times like these i wish xbl would experience what the psn did. i'm evil like that sue me.

Xbox Live was REALLY acting up last night even had a message on the main page when you log in. MAYBE it has something to do with the issue here.

Lets hope for you guys they get it solved.
