I have also reached 15th prestige. Currently I am 3 guns shy of having everyone gold. Also, I have two accounts... My 15th prestige had my weak days, and now that I am more familiar with with game, my second account is better off. It's like my 15th prestige account is bad or anything, currnetly maintain a 2.20 ratio with it, but my second has a 3.90.

I'd just recommend creating a second account, or also attempting to achieve every gun gold.
