Completely wrong. Sniping is a tactic, a style of combat whereby stealth and concealment is just as important as accuracy and power. A true sniper has to manage all aspects right to be effective.

Think of the whole QSing thing like this..

In COD2 QSing was just as easy, if not easier than MW2. Nobody complained back then. In COD4, QSing was slightly harder than what it was in COD2, yet again nobody was complaining. But now, ever since MW2 SOH noobscoping, QSing has been receiving more hate than the other things that should.

End of the day, QSing actually does take alot more effort than using an auto. It's silly how you fail to see that. Please tell me how using an auto is just as easy as QSing? I'm assuming you never QS and thus wouldn't know.

And why on earth do you think that is? The majority of quickscopers nowadays ruin objective game modes for montages and are often stupid kids that don't give a damn about their team. Quickscopers have nothing but themselves to blame for the hate they receive.

It's only a video game. Purpose made to be fun, people have started taking COD way too seriously.

That is true, you do get kids not capturing flags etc but thay are having fun which a video game should be about. It's no different from someone camping not capturing any flags and kill whoring.

If you're in a game with a few QSers not playing the game so seriously as you, ruining your gaming experience, then leave, simple.

Just using a sniper rifle does not make you a sniper just as not using a sniper rifle does not mean you can't be a sniper. An M14 Acog user can be a sniper if they remain concealed on hardcore for instance and even some very skilled players on core. Just using the weapon doesn't make you a sniper.

You say you don't think you're 7337 yet most posts you are trying to big up how skillful you need to be. This does make it seem like you want people to realise you are doing something you think takes more skill and thus making you out to be a more skillful player then the norm. I, again, suggest that your perception of the reality that others see you in may indeed be different to the true reality of how those players see you when you are both on your team and against you (hint: it won't be nice things).

If you wish to be seen as more skillful without being labeled a *insert regional insult here* then may i suggest crossbows, ballistics, shotguns or some of the weapons included in the game to try to give those looking for a challenge a better option then abusing the sniper rifles as with previous games.

You're a serious COD player who expects games to be 100% realistic, that all objective based game modes have to dealt with seriously and any weapon that is used in the ''wrong'' way in accordance to real life is ''unfair'' or something.

I'm a long term player who takes COD for what it is and I accept how the game is and plays for fun.

We have 2 totally different views on the matter, I have dealt with it, have you?

You're labling them a clown for using the weapon how they choose to. If you seen someone shooting an AK74u across map would you call them a clown because they're using the gun out of context? Like seriously.

If you're going to lable a Quickscoper a clown because they play how they choose to, then please decide to lable everyone who plays how they choose to play a clown. (For the record, I'm a sniper from Cod4, haven't sniped on Bops once)
