I seriously think you need to increase your budget as I am 99% sure that you will not be able to get a laptop for $600 - $700 that will play games.
I am in the UK and and $600 work's out at the moment at £360 and in the UK you are looking at atleast £900 for a gaming laptop which works out at $1500, so as I say you need to increase your budget.
