but....as for my contribution...

Name: "Mochamo" (Mocha - Camouflage) or "Pronaide" (Prone - Aid/Lemonade)
Effects: Each stance gives you a lower "wanted level" if near more than 1 other player (A player sprinting will attract more zombies). As in, crouching makes you a secondary target and zombies are more likely to attack a player on a higher "wanted level". Prone will surpass the effects of anyone crouching and is the lowest "wanted level" (zombies attack player who is crouching). So from highest probability of getting attacked to lowest: Standing>Crouching>Prone. I believe this will help those who like holding out in an area rather than running circles as it lets a team form up and let whoever wants the aggro have the aggro, as opposed to zombies attacking anyone. It could also help temporarily AFK players (cause my xbox randomly loses connection with my controllers, haha). The perk would also have upgraded versions, based on how many perks you've already drunk.

Here's a vague idea of how I think it should work:

No Perk activated = Zombies will attack moving players first. (Standing still lightly reduces "wanted level")
1 perk activated = Crouch stance will have Zombies attack standing players first. (Crouching moderately reduces "wanted level")
2 perks activated = Prone stance will have Zombies attack crouching players first. (Proning almost completely reduces "wanted level")
3 perks activated = Zombies are less likely to spawn around you (Only when in the Crouched or Prone stance)
4+ perks ? = ?

Notes:
Diving to prone will not instantly make zombies lose your trail.
It's symbol is either a cup of mocha or lemonade depending on the name.
It would have a mellow sort of song.
