1. You're about a year late.
2. Activision have a deal with Microsoft. Xbox 360 users pay to play online, we deserve it.
3. Repeat thread.
Thats wrong... Paying for Live gives you extra features, it has nothing to do with the map packs.
If that was true, the people who pay for PSN+ should get the maps at the same time as you.

lol xbox still breaks all the time, didnt get fixed u can see videos and plenty of my friends r breaking -1 for u, and and with the recharge packs thats a good point we dont have to worry about that at all ITS BUILT IN and using cell phones atc doesnt make sense because they r the same as ps3 controllers built in recharge battery, and yes there r good xboxs out there its gonna happen, but the ratio is like 100/1,000,000,000,000 xbox systems, so in conclusion u pay $300 for ps3 with everything and then u got xbox where u pay 200 for system then 800 dollars for blue ray wifi and all that other stuff, why the hell bother. and i really hate u people with xbox that say live is better and have never touched a PS3, they are exactly the same online i've played it and my friends with xbox say it, no difference u just get ur map packs early. woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

The paid subscription helped pay for this deal. So yes paying for live has everything to do with the maps- Report Abuse

I hate how people who own a PS3 complain about this. If youve learned anything from MW2, and those map packs, then dont complain now. I mean Its only a month usually. You'll get it soon enough.

so i read it... its just states that a bunch of people play on xbox live. it says nothing about the payment for xbox live going exactly to the deal. buying anything of microsofts will give them money to make deals. in other words, by giving money to any company, you allow them to make deals.
if the money that was earned by Live payed for 51%+ then yes, it has a lot to do with it. But you pay to get a few features here and there. and for the server maintenance.- Report Abuse

Technically, that page said nothing of the Xbox LIVE subscription paying for the map exclusivity.
