The majority of the problem is firing at someone in second chance and getting hitboxes (invulnerability period) while the second chance user falls and is able to pull off a 1-2 shot kill on you. They should have to wait between 0.75 to 2.0 seconds (whatever feels fairest) before being able to fire their weapon. This is a huge problem in hardcore also, where their pistol is a one-shot kill nearly always.
Also, the ability to knife while in second chance needs to be removed entirely.- Report Abuse

Currently Being ModeratedRe: 2nd Chance - Tuning ConsiderationsI would definitely love for Shotguns to be able to avoid 2nd Chance in some way.
1. Shotguns are rare enough to be seen as it is.
2. Shotguns are weak and underpowered. They need something to make them stand out.
Maybe add the fall animation on the user's screen. Also with this new animation, you could add the inaccurate aiming during the fall like people have suggested.- Report Abuse

Currently Being ModeratedRe: 2nd Chance - Tuning ConsiderationsI agree that the perk should stay! This being said i think the suggestions that you listed are great way to make it more level! Also i think that it would be good to tweak the 2nd chance perk a bit out of the person using its hands! For instance if I'm shooting a guy who has last stand I don't get mad that hes using it! What makes people the most mad I think is the fact that you shoot them and when they are falling they shoot there pistol and get a you with two shots or a lot of times as there falling the shoot and BOOM headshot!! If it was possible to make it so they couldn't or as they fall its harder for them to shoot straight which it truly is in real life then that would be sweat! I might say that if you do what you have planed it might help, but if you ad in some fix on the falling process it would be great! I say tweak it a bit come back and see what people think if there happier mission success if not then tweak it a bit more and then you have the perk pretty beast! :P

Currently Being ModeratedRe: 2nd Chance - Tuning ConsiderationsWhen ppl r in 2nd chance 90% of the kills they get are when they r invunerable with a hipfire shot.
A) for .5 of a second either limit hip fire accuracy, or half the damage.
B) Put a delay on so they cannot shoot until the invunerable moment passes.
P.S can you PLEASE cut down the time they can be revived to something more realistic. Like 5 second on 2nd chance pro the time they are down now is rediculous.- Report Abuse

My ultimate dream result concerning this perk, would be it's removal. It throws off people's rhythm and that is a bad thing in my opinion.
Given that isn't an option, I really like the idea of giving the person the kill that put them into last stand, and whoever finishes him off the assist. I'm not sure if you (if this option is implemented) intend to give the original attacker the kill and then the assist points (if he does it all) or not. I think that would be a good idea as well. Give him a tad bit more XP for having to deal with second chance users.- Report Abuse
