Rank reset From 3rd prestige lvl 45 to 3rd Prestige lvl 1

Please help i have not glitched I signed on aftter work and was lvl 1 3rd prestige.

same thing happend to me today. i was ninth prestige 56. now this morning i signed in and im ninth prestige lvl 19. i dont want to level it up again.
