If its too good then it should be nerfed, but I havent really had trouble against it, dosent really bother me

why they need nerfinf is simple and yes i use these guns alot myself but  still

ak74u u can snipe somone with it across the other side of the map ( its an smg the range isnt ment to be that big  should have less range than an assult riffle) and no not by  burst firing it  fully autoing it  u can kill someone across map as  with some atachments theres no recoil

cammando needs nerfig because its hipfire is rediculasly good, want  proff that camando is broken look up xcalazor  on youtube  81 and 6  on nuketown just hipfireing  camando the whole game

to be honest though  they should be looking at all guns beeing  tweeked  u stick a silencer on any gun it has no recoil surly  that shouldnt work like that

Nerf the gun.  No SMG should have noobtubes...ffs.
It needs to have more recoil (aka less accuracy).  If you look at the 74 and 47 in real life, those guns can't be shot 2-3 times in a row, because they kick so badly.  Not saying they should be realistic, but damn, those guns are used way to much and they are way to easy to use for how powerful they are.  If you take a poll of players to see which gun they have been killed by the most, they will either say FAMAS or 74u.

no, dont nerf it. its a good gun overall but not OP. it loses against all assault rifles at range and close it loses against a couple of the SMGs

i say tweak it slightly so it isnt so widely used.  i dont want a repeat of the mp40.  its not terribly overpowered but a lot of players have gravitated to it already.  its too much like an assault rifle with a small hipfire spread.

noob toobing is such a *** word, get over yourself. if you get smashed by someones tactics then thats your fault. its just that your lazy and dont want to mix it up. you got to use tactics to win. define the word for me please? if i run about smashing you with an rpg, does that make it noobish, no it doesnt, it just means your not playing well and are unwilling to change so just complain about the winners. jog on ****

They shouldn't nerf it.  It shoots very slowely.  With Rapid Fire, it is all over the place without expert control.  It can't be combined with Rapid Fire and Grip.  Every gun has a plus and minus (except MAC-10 has only minuses LOL).

Just because people use it a lot doesn't mean it is the best.  Someone gets comfortable or sees others using it (or dies a lot by it) and they buy it, use it, get comfortable with it. 

I for one have 130k+ CP left at the end of a prestige now because I like a few weapons and don't need to buy every weapon every time.  This coupled with the fact that the longer you stick with one weapon the higher you get in the challenge progression before you prestige.

agreed ! the one really good feature was to not allow killstreaks to add to a higher killstreak.. other than that the game doesnt seem balanced.. i would only use assault rifles in this game.. sniper rifles are tough to use.. good luck to all still trying to get some good gameplay.. shot guns r pretty pathetic in most game modes.. and sub machine guns are terrible when it comes to accuracy and recoil..exception for the ak74u.. nothing like that ump45 with the silencer.. oh how i miss some of the guns of mw2.. the intervention ...   anyways.. we always got next year

they really restricted the game style of many players to a couple of options..

The only thing you're correct about is sniping, everything else in your post is not correct. The shotgun is great but its a different play-style - you have to learn how to use it before bashing it and calling it useless. Every shotgun in this game is use-able (except for maybe the HS-10, i still haven't found a way to work that one properly), if you know how to use them. Just like you play differently with an SMG vs Assault Riffle vs Shotgun, you can't play the same with all three guns and expect to have the same results.

The ak74u is not the only SMG worth using - personally i like the MPL, but, as I stated before, its a different play-style, as it is with all SMGs. The other guns are only "outclassed" my assault riffles if you use them as an assault riffle. If you use them as an SMG (close quarters, in your face) then you will beat out an assault riffle anytime - guaranteed.

The problem with the Ak74u is that it is good in both situations - close quarters and at range. That would be the only reason why they would look at nerfing it.

On-Topic: The AK74-u it not overpowerd! It takes 3-4 shots like every other gun, tremendous amounts of recoil, and also say it with me; ONLY GOOD FOR CLOSE RANGE COMBAT.

I used the MP40 long enough to unlock all the attachments for bonus experience...Other than that I stuck to the BAR, STG, and Type 100.  Never had a single issue competing with someone using the MP40.  Sure I got killed by it a lot, but that's obvious, a lot of people were using it so I'm bound to get killed by it at some point.  The fact remains that the BAR and STG can decimate the MP40 at medium to long ranges without a single problem.  The Type 100 will usually decimate the MP40 in close quarters as well.

All these threads about overpowered look not to which gun is ACTUALLY overpowered but which gun is OVERUSED.  You people need to learn the difference between the two.

overused is just as bad as overpowered.

They aren't going to get rid of a gun just because people get killed by it...think about how stupid that sounds. I use the gun, honestly, I wish it was as wonderful and powerful as the people complaining about them say they are. Point is, just because you get killed by a certain type of gun doesn't make it "overpowered" or "not fair"...it just means you need to get better and kill them first! Stop complaining, play the game, have fun.
