Yes, same happened to a few of us too. Looks like we're on our way for a few fixes in the game.

Looking like its the update my brother lives up the road and he hasn't downloaded the upgrade yet ... he's still online... total bollix if you ask me

I have the same probelm too, before I logged on tonight I had to agree to PSN standard terms & conditions, downloaded the BO update and now cannot get into multiplayer games.  Checked out another MP game was working online and no problems.  Come on guys the whole reason I bought this game was for MP and I've had nothing but problems initially getting my friend into a party (I was the only one who could host them all as I had an open NAT status, theirs apparently was strict???).  Sort it out please!!!

yeah this game has failed hugely on the ps3. So glad i have the 360 as well, at least i can just swap game versions
